CANDIDATE INFORMATION
Any individual with the intentions of being a candidate for the November 2, 2026, Municipal Election in Charlottetown, Cornwall, Stratford, Summerside and Three Rivers (administered by Elections PEI) must publicly declare their intentions to run before they can distribute any election materials and or accept contributions.
A person is not an officially registered candidate until they submit the registration/nomination forms with the Returning Officer and Registration fee (where applicable). The registration period begins at 9am Wednesday, October 7, 2026 and concludes on Nomination Day, Friday, October 16, 2026.
