Fill it in completely, following all instructions. Elections PEI must receive your application before the deadline of Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 6pm.
- If approved, Elections PEI will send your ballot to the mailing address you provide via FEDEX, along with a FEDEX return envelope (Free Shipping to Return).
- If approved, you cannot change your method of voting and try to vote at the polling locations.
