In order for any member of an accredited news agency to enter a poll, they must have signed consent from the Chief Electoral Officer of PEI.
Please print the following form, listing which polls and locations you would like to visit and then submit to Elections PEI.
When approved, your form will be emailed back to you bearing the signature of the Chief Electoral Officer.
You will be required to present this at the poll you are approved to visit. Without this form, you will not be permitted in for news coverage.
