Commencing at a point where St. Peters Bay meets the Gulf of St. Lawrence; thence westwardly along said gulf to the point of intersection with township line # 36; thence southwardly along said township line to the Hillsborough River; thence westwardly along said river to Fullertons Marsh; thence southwardly along said marsh to the Bethel Road (Route # 215); thence eastwardly along said road, Whites Road (Route # 257) and Mooney Road (Route # 257) to township line # 36; thence southwardly along said township line to township line # 37; thence eastwardly along said township line and township line # 38 to township line # 51; thence northwardly along said township line and the Kenny Road to the Peakes Road (Route # 320); thence eastwardly along said road to the Martinvale Road (Route # 321); thence southwardly along said road to the Buckskin Road; thence eastwardly along said road to the Milburn Road (Route # 337); thence southwardly along said road to the Cardigan Road (Route # 313); thence northwardly along said road to the rear boundary of the farms fronting on the south side of the Anderson Road; thence westwardly and northwardly along the rear boundary of the farms fronting on said road and an extension thereof to St. Peters Bay; thence westwardly along said bay to the Gulf of St. Lawrence to the point of commencement.
