Commencing at a point where an extension of East River Drive meets the Hillsborough River; thence westwardly along said river and Charlottetown Harbour to an extension of Lighthouse Lane; thence northwardly along said extension and lane to the Keppoch Road; thence westwardly along said road to a westwardly extension of Bellevue Road; thence eastwardly along said extension and road to the Georgetown Road; thence northwardly along said road to the Trans Canada Highway and the Mason Road; thence northwardly along said Mason Road to the Bunbury Road; thence westwardly along said road to East River Drive; thence northwardly along said drive and an extension thereof to the Hillsborough River to the point of commencement.
