Commencing at the intersection of Central Street and the All Weather Highway; thence westwardly along said highway and East Drive to South Drive; thence southwardly along said drive and Water Street to Greenwood Drive; thence southwardly along an extension of said drive to Summerside Harbour; thence eastwardly along said harbour to an extension of Granville Street; thence northwardly along said extension and street to Lefurgey Avenue; thence westwardly along said avenue to Central Street; thence northwardly along said street to the All Weather Highway to the point of commencement.
