Commencing at the intersection of Riverside Drive and St. Peters Road; thence southwardly along said road to Belvedere Avenue; thence westwardly along said avenue to University Avenue; thence southwardly along said avenue to Euston Street; thence eastwardly along said street to Longworth Avenue; thence northwardly along said avenue and St. Peters Road to the former community boundary between the City of Charlottetown and the former Town of Parkdale; thence eastwardly along said former community boundary to the Hillsborough River; thence northwardly along said river to Belvedere Creek and Riverside Drive; thence northwardly along said drive to St. Peters Road to the point of commencement.
